Thank you for shopping with Otani Ninja Deterrent. We are proud to offer international shipping from Japan to customers around the world. Please review the policy below for details on processing, delivery, and customs.

1. Order Processing

Almost all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Japanese national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You will be notified in case of any significant delay.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship to most international destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected during checkout.

*Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local postal delays beyond our control.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We pack all orders with care. However, once your order is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for any damage or loss during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following:

  • Countries under trade sanctions or embargoes
  • Military or diplomatic addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • PO Boxes (in some regions, depending on the carrier)
