Case Study: Phoenix_9959 W Willow Point | GIZAGIZA HEARTon Stucco Walls & Wood Gate
At 9959 W Willow Point, Phoenix, we installed the GizaGiza Heart (Black) continuously along the top of a stucco perimeter wall and a wood entry gate. The profile complements the home’s European-style wrought-iron grilles, maintaining curb appeal while clearly increasing climb resistance.
Project Snapshot
- Location: Phoenix, AZ (9959 W Willow Point)
- Scope: Stucco perimeter walls, wood gate, and decorative block tops
- Product: GizaGiza Heart — Black | Continuous install with end-caps
- Objective: Deter climbing and tool placement while preserving curb appeal
- Design Notes: Low profile + continuous runs to eliminate grip, step, and hook opportunities
Design Fit: Let the Wrought Iron Shine
The wrought-iron window grilles are the visual hero. We specified a matte black, low-rise profile for the anti-climb crown to sit in the background, aligning with roof and coping lines for minimal visual noise. From afar it’s subtle; up close it signals “do not climb” unmistakably—ideal for residential streetscapes.
Performance in Desert Conditions
Phoenix brings heat and dust. We prepared substrates, then used an anti-corrosive base and durable topcoat. Stainless fasteners and concealed spacing keep the system tight against loosening, lift, and rattle.
Client Voice
“We kept the look of our wrought iron and still gained serious deterrence. From the street it doesn’t scream ‘security,’ but up close it’s obvious you can’t climb it.”
